Bressa: Iran, Italy Should Adopt a Common Policy

TEHRAN The Italian Head of Iran-Italy Parliamentary Friendship Association Gian Claudio Bressa underscored that Tehran-Rome relations have developed to the extent where they should formulate a common policy. Before leaving for home yesterday from Tehran where he has held talks with Iranian officials, Bressa said that in line with adoption of Tehran-Rome common policy, Iranian officials have been invited to participate in the upcoming Europe-Arab parliamentary conference to be held in Damascus, Syria. The invitation has been accepted.
He also elaborated on the outcome of his visit to Iran, saying that in his talks with Iranian head of Iran-Italy Parliamentary Friendship Association, development of cooperation between the two countries' parliamentary commissions was reviewed. Referring to his delegation's meetings with the officials of the Chamber of Commerce, Mines and industries of Iran, he said, We have extended an invitation to the Iranian side to attend the forthcoming Venice Seminar. The Venice Seminar will determine the credit and formation of joint trade companies of Iran and Italy.
